Boneless Chicken Biryani




Chicken Biryani is one of the foods that is prepared in southern part of India. Hyderabad is famous for its Biryani. The Nawabs mainly prefer the Biryani’s and chicken items to their main course. The Biryani is easy to prepare as they can be cooked in one hour time and then it is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken: 500 grams
Cooked Jeera Rice: 1 cup
Bay Leaves: 3
Cloves: 6-7
Sliced Onion: 2
Chopped Chilly: 2
Chicken Masala: 3 teaspoon
Tomato Chopped: 2
Garam Masala powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves: 3
Mint Leaves: 2
Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste: 3 teaspoon
Cumin seeds: ½ teaspoon
Boiled Eggs: 2

Method:

  1. Take Boneless Chicken and cut it as required.
  2. Boil jeera rice and keep it aside.
  3. Now in the pressure cooker and add oil and heat it by adding cumin seeds.
  4. Then add sliced onion and sauté it till the color of onion changes to reddish.
  5. Mix Chopped tomato, Chicken Masala, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Chilli powder and Ginger Garlic paste to the Onion.
  6. Mix the items well.
  7. Pick the Boiled Jeera Rice to the items and mix well.
  8. Add little salt and then half cup water.
  9. Close the cooker and boil it for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Then place the boiled eggs to the cooked Biryani.
  11. It is ready to serve.

Paneer Manchurian




Paneer Manchurian is one of the best findings of Indo- China preparation. This is similar to Gobi Manchurian which is replaced by Paneer instead of Gobi or Cauliflower. It is easy to cook as this is the starter in many restaurants around the globe. One of the dishes that is helpful for a healthy heart. Paneer is more of health product produced from milk. Now let us see the methods to make Paneer Manchurian.

Ingredients:

Paneer : 250 grams
Corn Flour: 5 teaspoon
Garlic Ginger Paste: 1 teaspoon
Oil: olive oil – ½ liter
Water – ¼ liter
Capsicum: 1 chopped
Onion: 1 chopped
Garlic: 5 pieces
Soy Sauce: 1 teaspoon
Chilli Sauce: 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli: 1 chopped
Salt: to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the Paneer into cubic pieces.
  2. Maida, Corn Flour, Ginger Garlic paste and water is mixed well.
  3. Add the mixture to the Cubic Paneer and leave it for 20 minutes to marinate.
  4. Take a kadai and heat the oil. Now add the paneer and deep fry it till the color changes to golden red.
  5. Now the process of Saute happens with chopped onion, capsicum, Garlic is being added to the tawa and fry till it is being cooked.
  6. Add some salt to it as per the requirement.
  7. Finally add coriander leaves to the dish.

Fried Chicken Honey




One of the tasty foods of Chinese cuisine is the Fried Chicken Honey. It is very similar to fried Chicken that is prepared in Restaurants all over the country. The cooking method is prepared as per nutrition values for health. Honey is added in this dish that will have many benefits for our body. It keeps you healthy and fit even after having a high fat food. Now the method and Ingredients is as follows.

Ingredients:

Chicken: 250 grams
Honey: 1 Cup
Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
Vegetable Oil: ½ teaspoon
Chicken Masala: 4-5 teaspoon
Flour: 1-2 Flour
Pepper: 2 teaspoon
Salt: to taste

Method:

  1. Take cleaned 250 grams chicken.
  2. Add flour, salt and 2 teaspoon pepper to the chicken pieces.
  3. Pour Honey to the mixed item and leave the items for 15 minutes.
  4. Take a frying pan and heat it with oil.
  5. Now fry the chicken pieces on both the sides till the color changes reddish.
  6. Not it is ready to be served with rice or chapatti.

Potato Salad –German Style




German food is one of the costliest recipes that have strong energy products. Let us try to prepare a Potato Salad that is having more energy products present in the preparation. It takes around 30 minutes to prepare this item which is often used by the German national. This recipe is the easiest prepared dish that is famous from the 18th century.

Ingredients:

Sugar: 1 cup
White vinegar: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Mustard: 1 teaspoon
Pepper: 1 teaspoon
Potato: 10 boiled
Onion: 1 Chopped/ Sliced
Bacon: 10 pieces
Oil: 4 teaspoon
Salt: to taste

* Bacon is a product from pigs meat that is liked by Deutsche people.

Method:

1. Take a pan and add oil and heat it. Now fry the Bacons that are cut into 10 pieces.
2. Then in a bowl add salt, mustard, sugar, pepper, vinegar and eggs and mix well.
3. Mixed product is added to the heated pan with the fried Bacon.
4. Add the boiled potato to the mixture and again mix the products well.
5. Finally sliced/ chopped onion is added in the recipe.
6. Serve it hot as the Germans love to have it very hot.

Paneer Tikka Dry




One of the Starters of Indian restaurants is Paneer Tikka Dry. This is one of the liked recipes of North India and now been served all over India. This is made from Paneer that is available in the market. It is one of the easiest preparing dishes of the country. This is also good for health as it is a milk product. As per the research it is a good medicine for prevention of Heart diseases.

Ingredients:

250 Grams of Paneer cut in rectangular shape.
1 Green Capsicum
1 Chopped Onion
1 tomato Chopped
1 cup Yogurt/Curd
½ tea spoon chilli powder
1 tea spoon Coriander Powder
½ tea spoon Garam Masala
½ tea spoon Kasturi Methi
1 tea spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt to taste

Method

1. Take ½ cup Yogurt in a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, Garam Masala, coriander powder, Kasturi Methi, Salt to taste. Mix the product well for marinating.  Let it Marinate well for one hour.

2. Now add Paneer, Capsicum and chopped Onions to the Marinated product present in the bowl. Now keep the bowl again for one hour to club well.  Now keep the bowl inside the fridge to get make a cool mixture. 

3. The Paneer which is cut into rectangular shape is poked in a tooth stick arranged with other ingredients like Capsicum, onion, Capsicum and chopped tomato. Take the tooth stick and start to poke the products in the order given. It starts with Capsicum, Tomato, Paneer and Red Capsicum. 

4. Take a tawa and add some oil to it and keep the pocked tooth stick till the color changes for Paneer and other ingredients. After cooking it for 10 to 15 minutes, it is ready to be served.

PANEER Fried Rice



Indo-China recipe that has been running good in restaurants around India these days in Paneer Fried Rice. The combination of Paneer with Rice always suits the Indian audience. The better part of this food is the time duration to prepare and also fewer products to produce taste.


Integredients:

Paneer: 250 grams

Chopped Onion: 2

Cooked rice: 2 bowls

Capsicum: 1 (cut in small piece)

Chopped Ginger: 1

Chilly-Powder: 2 tsp

Turmeric Powder: 2 tsp

Coriander Power: 3 tsp

Oil: 3tsp

Chopped tomato: 2

Tomato Sauce: 3 tsp

Soya Sauce: 2 tsp

Method:

  • Take a pan and heat the pan by applying oil in it.
  • Put Chopped Onion to the heated pan and Sauté it till the color changes to reddish brown.
  • Add Chopped Tomato to the onion and mix well.
  • Paneer is then added to the mixture in the pan with Chilly-powder Coriander powder and Turmeric powder.
  • Then finally add rice to the mixed PANEER adding tomato sauce and soya sauce to it.
  • It is ready to serve with Tomato sauce or chilly sauce.

Australian Meat Pie






The Australian is meat lovers and has more of the non-vegetarian stuff than the vegetables. It is also found that they love to exercise a lot than eating and to be fit. This is the main reason for the people to have Meat that gives strength in our bones and helps to be energetic. 


Ingredients:


Minced Beef:  400 grams
 Chopped Onion: 1

Water: 2 Cups

Ketchup: ½ cup

Pepper sauce: 3 teaspoon

Nutmeg: 1 pinch

Plain Flour: 4 tablespoon

Pastry Sheets: 2


Method:


1     Heat the oven at 200 degree Celsius and place the meat after adding chopped onion, water,  ketchup, cubes, pepper sauce and nutmeg. Let the meat boil for 10 minutes in the oven.


2      Now take 4 teaspoon flour and mix water till it becomes a smooth paste. 


3     Add the smooth paste to the meat after being cooled. Keep the meat for another 5 minute to get smoothness. 


4    Grease the pie and mix with puff pastry and add the coolest filling mixture. Then place the pastry with egg. Pastry top should be put on the surface.


5    We need to shape the edges as per the pie cake. 


        Then again heat the product in an oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes or until golden brown color. The dish is ready to serve with tomato sauce or with any fries.
