Chicken Biryani is one of the foods that is prepared in
southern part of India.
Hyderabad is
famous for its Biryani. The Nawabs mainly prefer the Biryani’s and chicken
items to their main course. The Biryani is easy to prepare as they can be
cooked in one hour time and then it is ready to serve.
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken: 500 grams
Cooked Jeera Rice: 1 cup
Bay Leaves: 3
Cloves: 6-7
Sliced Onion: 2
Chopped Chilly: 2
Chicken Masala: 3 teaspoon
Tomato Chopped: 2
Garam Masala powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves: 3
Mint Leaves: 2
Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste: 3 teaspoon
Cumin seeds: ½ teaspoon
Boiled Eggs: 2
Method:
- Take Boneless Chicken and cut it as required.
- Boil jeera rice and keep it aside.
- Now in the pressure cooker and add oil and heat it by adding cumin seeds.
- Then add sliced onion and sauté it till the color of onion changes to reddish.
- Mix Chopped tomato, Chicken Masala, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Chilli powder and Ginger Garlic paste to the Onion.
- Mix the items well.
- Pick the Boiled Jeera Rice to the items and mix well.
- Add little salt and then half cup water.
- Close the cooker and boil it for 10-15 minutes.
- Then place the boiled eggs to the cooked Biryani.
- It is ready to serve.
