Paneer Manchurian is one of the best findings of Indo- China
preparation. This is similar to Gobi Manchurian which is replaced by Paneer
instead of Gobi or Cauliflower. It is easy to
cook as this is the starter in many restaurants around the globe. One of the
dishes that is helpful for a healthy heart. Paneer is more of health product
produced from milk. Now let us see the methods to make Paneer Manchurian.
Ingredients:
Paneer : 250 grams
Corn Flour: 5 teaspoon
Garlic Ginger Paste: 1 teaspoon
Oil: olive oil – ½ liter
Water – ¼ liter
Capsicum: 1 chopped
Onion: 1 chopped
Garlic: 5 pieces
Soy Sauce: 1 teaspoon
Chilli Sauce: 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli: 1 chopped
Salt: to taste
Method:
- Cut the Paneer into cubic pieces.
- Maida, Corn Flour, Ginger Garlic paste and water is mixed well.
- Add the mixture to the Cubic Paneer and leave it for 20 minutes to marinate.
- Take a kadai and heat the oil. Now add the paneer and deep fry it till the color changes to golden red.
- Now the process of Saute happens with chopped onion, capsicum, Garlic is being added to the tawa and fry till it is being cooked.
- Add some salt to it as per the requirement.
- Finally add coriander leaves to the dish.
