Indian Education System from years was under the radar and blamed
on its inconsistent result of skilled graduates and unemployment growing. The
subject of Indian Education System was also a topic for the cinema’s that
surfaces the toppers being just workers and last bench freaks gaining success.
One of the example was 3 Idiots that brushed the controversy of the Education
in India. The inspirational talk of “Do want you are good at and otherwise”.
These statements mention above would become a history if the
new NEP would be successful. The points mentioned in the Policy is one of the
best in our education system till date. However, the only issue would be the
cost of the Education. As per the policy, many international universities will
be a competitor for many Universities in Indian. These big institutions would
be establishing their base in India and it would prove that not only IIT ahand
IIM are only the place of talent to be looked.
Let us look into some main points of this new National Education
Policy:
1)
The usual 10 + 2 change system of education to 5
+ 3 + 4. First 5 years of Education is considered as the basic stage of
Education. Then another 3 years would be in the middle stage of Education and
finally last 4 years would be second stage in School level.
2)
The introduction of Coding from 6th
standard and other holistic skills would be a big change bring in the talent of
the students than books.
3)
From the entry of College from School, it is to
have a single entry exam.
4)
Top Foreign Universities having entry to India by
setting up of Campuses in the Country. This makes the competition higher than
before. The quality of education would also improve from this step of bringing
in foreign universities to the country.
