The process of converting a machine to a human brain called Artificial Intelligence. It started with the imagination of using the machines to help the humans in their everyday life. Chess was the first game to developers with an aim of beating the human brain. But, it could not succeed in the starting stages. Re-Inventing of the game gave an idea for the coding team to improve the programming technique bring in new steps to beat the human brain. It was successful when the computer game beat the top chess player.
A new era of gaming technology started to grow with computer friendly programming languages and hardware introduced worldwide. This technological movement forced many companies to work with the Artificial Intelligence platform. Machines were introduced by the major giants to widen the surprised the world. However, some cases went wrong, shutting down the idea of humanoid robots releasing to the public.
The industrial revolution in many countries in the 21st century brought in Artificial Intelligence as a tool to improvise the machinery. The technologies help the industries to concentrate on machinery than the human support. Many companies started to develop the machines for the industries, the business was profitable with less people, and more work through the machines.

The introduction of AI to the medical field boomed the Artificial Intelligence industry bringing in more people to the field. This helped the doctors to find the diseases faster compared to the previous process. I n many cases, the patients cured due to the finding of the disease earlier than the usual time. It invaded the medical industry, helping the doctors to cure disease and find some results faster.
Now, coming to the Recruitment industry. Many HR firms started to embed the AI technology to their recruitment process. The filtering of candidates were not an easy task with the process taking days to weeks and even a month as per the job need. The technology started to reduce the job of the HR and the Agencies who take part in this recruitment process. The big process of short-listing a candidate made easier with the introduction of AI Human Resource software. The employers and agencies instructed to add the requirement. As per the need, the candidates are shortlisted automatically and called for interview as per schedule. However, is it the correct way of finding the right candidate was the question for most of the companies and even the candidate? The big issue with this technology was the selection or filtering of the candidate was based on the requirement entered. If a candidate is more a perfect person and missing a single point would not be selected. This is the only negative point found through the AI technology.
The software companies are working on the AI platform to make living easier compared to a hard working days in the period in 19th century and before. This AI era has made the work easier with the help of just a button. We can order a food to the clothing online making things easier.
