With the Bangalore Corona Virus numbers going high, the team
of ministers and offices with Chief Minister had a Video Conference today. The
meeting went for more than an hour and finally all the officers and minister concluded
having another lockdown. Even with the Facebook survey about the lockdown
decision, around 84% of the Bangalore supported a lockdown. Keeping this in
mind, the Chief Minister of Karnataka, BS Yediyurappa has decided for a 7 days
lockdown from 8 p.m 14th of July 2020 until 22nd July 2020 morning 5
a.m. Only essential services will be available during this lockdown period. But,
the exams to be held in the city will be available with no cancellation.
Lockdown rules will be released on 13 July (Monday) 2020 before 8 p.m. Two
districts of Karnataka will be under lockdown, those are Bangalore rural and
Bangalore Urban.
