Nantwitch Town scored 579-7 from 45 over

Nantwitch Town played against the Caldy in one of the Club matches held at Whitehouse Lane, Livingstone. This was a good batting pitch with Nantwitch Town batted first in this 45 over a side match. It was a good start given by the all rounder of Lancashire, Liam Livingstone. It was a full entertainer for the people in the stands as many sixers were flying all over the ground. No one was able to stop the ball as it just crossed the ropes many times than the boundaries. It was also the World Record match as Liam Livingstone scored a big 350 runs to cross the record set by Nikhilesh Surendran who scored 334 runs not out in a One Day match held at Hyderabad in the year 2008. Livingstone reached the century in 47 balls and then 200 runs in 84 balls and finally reaching 300 runs in 123 balls. He was finally dismissed for the exact score of 350. Nantwitch Town ended their innings at 579-7 from 45 over. This was really a mammoth score for the opponent team and could not do anything as expected. They could score only 79 runs and lost the match by 500 runs which is also in the record books.
