Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah on Monday chose to hand over to
CBI the test into the baffling passing of an upright IAS officer that had
prompted national shock and statewide dissents.The Minister made the declaration after a meet, saying he will
hand over the case to CBI regarding the emotions of folks of officer D K Ravi
