Ingredients:
1 Cup cracked wheat (Dalia)
3 pieces of cashew
3 pieces of almonds
1 cup Sugar / Jaggery
Required Ghee
Method
to prepare:
1. Take
a Pan and pour ghee with medium flame.
2. With
medium heat roast the cracked wheat (Dalia) till it is golden red color
3. Now
soak the cracked wheat for an hour.
4. Cook
the cracked wheat with the pressure cooker with 2 whistles for 10 to 20
minutes.
5. After
the pressure is out from the cooker take the cracked wheat / Dalia out and add
sugar to it.
6. Now
start stirring cracked wheat till the sugar/ Jaggery is dissolved.
7. Make
Almond and cashew into pieces.
8. Add
the almond and cashew pieces to the Dalia.
9. We
also can add milk to the item that may add more sweet to it.
