What is DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act)?

DMCA was implemented by the United States Government that got effective from October 28, 1998. The law was signed by then President of United States Bill Clinton. The rights were introduced to stop duplicating the product and contents. This act can put the culprit with a huge fine and even jail for years. A video, product or a content needs to be permitted to release with an agreement of not duplicating the content without permission from the owner of the content or a video. This has become more difficult to find a duplicate or a copyright content. So, we can submit a complain of the video or a content that comes under copyright act. The content will be removed from the website or any blogging site if found duplicate. So, we need to be original during the process of developing a website or a Blog.
