Akhilesh Yadav government had many controversial scenes happening during his rule. Uttar Pradesh has seen many people speak about the shocking rape episode happening in the country and especially the state. This time it is Totaram Yadav who spoke to the media on Saturday at Manipur. When asked about rape incident happening in Uttar Pradesh, the minister replied a shocker stating “rapes happen with mutual consent of both boy and girl and not the boy being the culprit”. The senior leader also clarified the reporters about the type of rape and the reason. First is forcefully raping a girl or woman and the other is the mutual consent rape that involves the interest of boy and a girl. So, this should be looked into and given equal shades to a girl same as the boy is given in the case. If a girl is involved in a relationship with much interest and then relationship being broken, it need not be the boy who was responsible than the girl herself. This annoying statement was once given by Mulayam Singh Yadav. So, will this continue with the ministers given these kinds of statements?
