Unlock 4.0 Guidelines Out - Indian Government


 

Unlock 4.0 is out with some more relaxations from September 1, 2020. The state governments cannot restrict or impose a local lock down outside the containment zones. But, in the containment zone, the lock down will continue till September 30. Metro Rails will start its service from September 7 with guidelines.

Education department will continue with online education and distance learning till further instructions from the government. The activity of online education will continue till September 30. This ensures that school, colleges, coaching institutions will be shut for students. But, the students between 9 and 12 can be permitted to visit their schools, in areas outside containment zones for guidance from teachers voluntarily. This would be initiated after the parent’s approval.

Coming to the movies, this time too it is to be found that no cinema halls will be opened till September 30. The only good news for the movie buffs is that open theaters can be operated with certain guidelines. But, to work on it, will there be a profit or even good money out of this step of open theaters. Need to see, if this works and being a success, the business entity would take a chance of concentrate on to start more open theaters in the country. The other places like swimming polls, entertainment parks will remain shut.

For the international travelers, it is still the same as before, no international flights to run still further notifications. The containment zones will be entered in the government websites of district collector of State/UT. This information will also be shared with the Union home minister.

The use of masks, social distance and using sanitizer will be continued in all areas including non-containment zones.

Now, with India being the contender for the second spot for Corona Virus cases, is been the top of the list for the daily count of Corona cases is concerned. From the last few days the average count of corona cases is more than 69000. The death rates are increasing to 1000, making this a big issue in the making.

Karnataka has already announced the cancelling of Seva Sindhu pass for the entry to the state from different states. Quarantine is also not required for the symptoms person and a watch for the health, need to be taken personally by the people and react if, symptoms are in place.

Specially, Bangalore has recorded 2993 confirmed cases, of which, 2174 are discharged and 25 are deceased.
