A breaking news that hit
the headlines yesterday was the FIR against Rhea Chakraborty by Susanth Singh
Rajput's Father. The cases filed were under section 341, 342, 380, 406, 402 and
306. The shocking death of Susanth Singh Rajput happened on 14 June 2020.
Investigation were still going on in Mumbai Police with probing done with close
friends and the film fraternity. There were no issues until now with the
investigation tagging with suicide being the result. Now, as there is one more
FIR filed in Bihar, the police from Bihar would be contacting the Mumbai police
and would request for a re-questioning of Rhea Chakraborty, even may arrest her
for further enquire. This all will depend on the Mumbai Police, whom the
permission should be finalised for further enquiry.
Rhea Chakraborty after a
month long silence in Susanth’s case, she requested for a CBI enquiry for a
faster result of this case. She tweeted "Respected
@amitshahofficial sir, I’m Sushant Singh Rajputs girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty,
it is now over a month since his sudden demise. I have complete faith in the
government, however, in the interest of justice, I request you with folded
hands to initiate a CBI enquiry into this matter. I only want to understand
what pressures prompted Sushant to take this step. Yours sincerely, Rhea
Chakraborty #saftyamevajayate."
Rhea was the
first to be question by Mumbai Police for more than 8 hours in link with the
suicide. Then many were called for questioning. This could not help the Mumbai
police any other than suicide. With the doctor’s statement about his mental
trauma, it was finalised with depression being the reason of suicide and no
more than that.
As per Mumbai
Police, it is found that Rhea spent Susanth’s money during her travel to Europe
for an advertisement shoot. Other question about the transfer of money to
Rhea’s and her Family member’s account through Susanth’s account.
Now, with the
FIR lodged by Susanth’s Father, the investigation would be further revised with
re-question of the accused would be done and more clarity on the case would be
out soon.
