A Case of Uncertainty

Susanth Singh Rajput, a good actor awaiting his last movie “Dil Bechara” ended his life before the release of the beautiful film. As per the news, he hanged himself in his Mumbai Apartment on 14 June 2020. This not only shocked the industry, but also the country. He was just 34 years old with two massive hits under his belt. The first was MS Dhoni and the next was last year released CHICHOREE.  

The first reason of death in social media was about the nepotism angle. Many just jumped to the conclusion of depression being the reason of death and the big Bollywood production houses the culprit. The reason being that, the production houses rejected him from good movies and with no chance even after two big hits he was forced to depression with less work. The social media just filled with bashing of the star kids from all over made the news a trending spot.

Each news channels debated on the nepotism issue and had some fights to go with. These ugly fights in the TV channels gained them TRP’s and gained business out of it. Then the argument of CBI Enquiry came into picture when Susanth’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty tweeted to Amit Shah seeking a CBI Inquiry, as she believed that case is going nowhere. This triggered the social media, big actors and news channels for one more debate on the same issue.

Big actors just started to argue about the nepotism issue and investigate on the Established Directors and Producers of Bollywood. In the time of 40 days, many big names of the industry were questioned. The questioning session went for more than 5 to 6 hours.

After all this long session of question & answer by Mumbai police and a social media war against each other (between actors and actresses), the twist in the case  when an FIR was lodged against the Girl Friend of SUSANTH SINGH RAJPUT, Rhea Chakraborty and other five members including her family. This case was registered in Bihar and the case being investigated in Mumbai, the final confirmation came through the lawyer of Susanth’s Father that, there is no FIR being registered in Mumbai Police station until now. Therefore, the FIR registered in Bihar would be legal and the police officials from Bihar can question the Girl Friend of Susanth Singh Rajput and even arrest her.

Rhea has now has requested the Supreme Court to transfer the FIR from Patna to Mumbai. In this confusion of investigation, Ankita Lokande, the ex- girlfriend of the reel life MS Dhoni has given more information on the torched given by Rhea to her boyfriend. Ankitha has stated that, Susanth was going through trauma because of his girlfriend’s torture for money and many other things. She also submitted a chat with Susanth Singh Rajput that happened last year. It is also found that, Susanth with Rhea and her brother were running a business.

Therefore, with the bits and pieces of this case, the real investigation would star now with the FIR lodged by Susanth’s father. The Bihar government is OK with the case transferring to CBI enquiry or even a probe by Bihar police.
