A state Congress understudy pioneer was imprisoned on Friday
for professedly being included in an episode of tossing eggs at Chief Minister
Naveen Patnaik's guard on February 19. Satyajit Patnaik, president of the
Odisha unit of the NSUI - Congress' understudy wing the National Students'
Union of India - was sent to legal authority after his safeguard supplication
was rejected.
He was captured on Thursday night for professedly tossing
eggs at the parade who was en route to go to the yearly capacity of the
Students' Union of Utkal University at Vani Vihar grounds. Agent Commissioner
of Police Satyabrat Bhoi said a sum of 16 individuals has been captured so far
regarding the occurrence and some more would be in police authority soon. Police
