One of the
Starters of Indian restaurants is Paneer Tikka Dry. This is one of the liked
recipes of North India and now been served all over India. This is made from Paneer
that is available in the market. It is one of the easiest preparing dishes of
the country. This is also good for health as it is a milk product. As per the
research it is a good medicine for prevention of Heart diseases.
Ingredients:
250 Grams of
Paneer cut in rectangular shape.
1 Green
Capsicum
1 Chopped
Onion
1 tomato
Chopped
1 cup
Yogurt/Curd
½ tea spoon
chilli powder
1 tea spoon
Coriander Powder
½ tea spoon
Garam Masala
½ tea spoon
Kasturi Methi
1 tea spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt to
taste
Method
1. Take ½ cup
Yogurt in a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, Garam Masala, coriander
powder, Kasturi Methi, Salt to taste. Mix the product well for marinating. Let it Marinate well for one hour.
2. Now add
Paneer, Capsicum and chopped Onions to the Marinated product present in the
bowl. Now keep the bowl again for one hour to club well. Now keep the bowl inside the fridge to get
make a cool mixture.
3. The Paneer
which is cut into rectangular shape is poked in a tooth stick arranged with
other ingredients like Capsicum, onion, Capsicum and chopped tomato. Take the tooth
stick and start to poke the products in the order given. It starts with
Capsicum, Tomato, Paneer and Red Capsicum.
4. Take a tawa
and add some oil to it and keep the pocked tooth stick till the color changes for
Paneer and other ingredients. After cooking it for 10 to 15 minutes, it is
ready to be served.
