Banana is a fruit which is a plant comes under herbaceous plant family. This plant is the tallest of all plants and does not come under tree community. This plant is used for many purpose after its growth. Banana leaf is used as a plate in some parts of India where they serve the food in Banana leaf. Now coming to Banana fruit, it is one of the healthiest fruit and also the poor persons healthy diet. One Banana cost you less money than other healthy fruits like Apple and Mango. There are many benefits from this fruit. Let us see some of the benefits. They are:

1. Banana is good for digestion problems also constipation. Have a banana in the night after dinner will help you to have a good digestion process and keeps you away from digestion system problems. Also used as a medicine for constipation.

2. The fruit has tryptophan which get converted into serotonin to make you happy and cures the depression problem. Depression can be overcomed by this fruit. So, to come out of depression you just have Banana in your diet.

3. Iron is present in Banana which helps you cure or relieve anemia by strengthening your body and also blood. This is one of the natural remedy for curing anemia.
